Beth Edwards / Kelli Connell
Beth Edwards’ work looks really saturated and high contrast to me, but together they do create a somewhat dreamy atmosphere out of sometimes everyday moments.
I’ve been meaning to mention Kelli Connell’s photos ever since I saw the first volume of the Midwest Photographers Publication Project. There are plenty of cheesy or posey multiple portraits, but her work is really relaxed, and the ‘interactions’ are believable. It’s another set of work that works better as a whole than as single shots. I’d seen individual photos from her project in other blogs but they never really drew me til I saw a larger body of work in the MP3 monograph.
